Mechanical Systems Project Specialist

Provide technical support across mechanical and HVAC project work — from design documentation through to on-site coordination.
- Prepare and interpret mechanical designs, layouts, and specifications for piping and HVAC systems
- Prepare cost and material estimates, project schedules, and reports
- Conduct tests and analyses of mechanical systems and components
- Coordinate with field crews on installation, modification, and commissioning of mechanical systems
Support licensed plumbers on commercial, municipal, and residential job sites. No formal education required — on-the-job training provided.
- Load, unload, and move plumbing materials and equipment to and from work areas
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Clean and prepare job sites before and after work
- Assist with basic tool and equipment maintenance
Support licensed HVAC technicians on installation and service calls. No formal education required — on-the-job training provided.
- Assist in repairing, maintaining, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Move tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas
- Assist technicians with routine maintenance and service calls
- Perform other labouring tasks as required
Analyze, develop, and support the information systems that run the business — from project tracking to internal tools.
- Confer with staff to identify and document systems requirements
- Design, develop, test, implement, and oversee information systems
- Review IT systems and internal processes, and recommend improvements
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for internal systems and users
